1. Personal data controller
Správce osobních údajů FostteC s.r.o., IČ 06893970, se sídlem Vídeňská 996, Pohořelice, 69123, zapsaná v obchodním rejstříku vedeném u Krajského soudu v Brně, oddíl C 104959 (dále jen „správce“), prohlašuje, že veškeré osobní údaje zpracovávané správcem jsou přísně důvěrné. Správce s nimi nakládá v souladu s vnitrostátními právními předpisy i předpisy Evropské unie platnými v oblasti ochrany osobních údajů.
Správce shromažďuje, uchovává a využívá Vaše osobní údaje ve smyslu § 6 zák. č. 101/2000 Sb., o ochraně osobních údajů a o změně některých zákonů, ve znění pozdějších předpisů (dále jen zákon o ochraně osobních údajů), resp. čl. 28 nařízení nařízení Evropského parlamentu a Rady (EU) 2016/679 ze dne 27. dubna 2016, o ochraně fyzických osob v souvislosti se zpracováním osobních údajů a o volném pohybu těchto údajů a o zrušení směrnice 95/46/ES (dále jen „nařízení GDPR“). Jednotlivé účely, pro které správce osobní údaje zpracovává, jsou dále vymezeny
Správce tyto osobní údaje shromažďuje i prostřednictvím svých internetových stránek na adrese fosttec.arteaga.cz (dále jen „internetové stránky“).
Tyto zásady vydává správce proto, abyste byli dostatečně informováni o tom, jaké Vaše osobní údaje správce zpracovává, za jakým účelem, po jakou dobu, kdo k Vašim osobním údajům bude mít přístup a jaká máte práva. Tyto zásady se vztahují na všechny osobní údaje shromážděné správcem, ať už byly shromážděny za účelem plnění smluvního vztahu, právní povinnosti, oprávněného zájmu, nebo uděleného souhlasu.
2. Data processed
The controller is entitled to process the following personal data according to the purpose, according to the categories of personal data, according to the categories of the data subject, according to the categories of recipients and according to the retention period as follows.

3. Rights of the data subject
As a data subject, you have the rights that arise for you under the law and that you can exercise at any time. These are:
- the right of access to personal data, according to which you have the right to obtain information from the controller about whether the controller processes your personal data. The administrator is obliged to provide this information to you without undue delay. The content of the information is determined by the provisions of Section 12(2) of Act No. 101/2000 Coll., on the protection of personal data, as amended. The controller has the right to request a reasonable compensation for the provision of information not exceeding the costs necessary to provide the information;
- the right to rectification or erasure of personal data, or to restrict the processing under which you have the right to have personal data corrected, which are inaccurate or incorrect. If your personal data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or are processed unlawfully, you have the right to request their erasure. If you do not want to request the erasure of personal data, but only temporarily restrict their processing, you can request restriction of processing;
- the right to request an explanation if you suspect that the processing of personal data by the controller is contrary to the law;
- the right to contact the Office for Personal Data Protection in case of doubts about compliance with obligations related to the processing of personal data;
- the right to data portability, i.e. the right to obtain personal data concerning you, which you have provided to the controller, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, see Art. 20 GDPR;
- the right to object to the processing of personal data that are being processed for the purpose of carrying out a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority or for the purpose of protecting the legitimate interests of the controller. The controller shall terminate the processing without undue delay unless it proves that there is a legitimate interest/reason for the processing which outweighs your interest, rights or freedoms;
- the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data at any time if you have given the controller your consent to the processing of personal data.
